What is the Enneagram model?

The Enneagram is a personality assessment tool that describes nine behavior patterns. Unlike other tools that explain how you act, the Enneagram reveals why you act the way you do.

Frequently asked questions

Is the test really free?+

It is. You answer and find out your main type without paying anything. The full report, with your secondary type, your subtype, the stress and growth arrows, health levels and the PDF, is optional and costs a one-time fee.

How long does it take?+

About 5 minutes. There are 22 quick questions about everyday situations and about your instinct. There are no right or wrong answers.

How is it different from DISC?+

DISC describes how you behave. The Enneagram describes the reason underneath: the fear that organizes your choices and the desire that moves you. That's why it tends to sting more, and that's what makes it land.

Can my type change over time?+

No. Your main type forms early and stays. What changes is the distribution across the nine: your secondary type, for instance, can weigh more or less depending on where you are in life. What also changes is how well you operate within your type, which rises and falls with stress and maturity. The report shows which range you are in right now.

Should I answer thinking about work or personal life?+

Answer thinking about how you are when nobody is evaluating you. The Enneagram speaks to your baseline motivation, which shows up in both, not to the role you play in each.

What do you do with my data?+

We keep your name, e-mail and phone so you can return to your result and receive the link by e-mail. We don't sell or share it with third parties. You can request deletion at any time.
